Kelly Flynn was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas where she became interested in art after being surrounded by a lively downtown art scene and by watching her older siblings draw all the time. She currently resides in Rockville, Maryland where she attends Montgomery College, studying for her Associate of Fine Arts degree. Her oil paintings have lead her to receive a scholarship from the Rockville Art League in 2019. She is currently practicing her skills to learn more mediums and techniques.
